I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I owned an equipment rental company, where I developed a passion for leadership, customer service, and helping people. I'm a proud father of four daughters, enjoy playing pickup basketball, and value spending time with my family and staying active.
Being involved in the community is important to me. I'm an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy supporting local charities and community initiatives that make a difference.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Neil Mckinnon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
